Scope of Application

This policy applies to U.S. fashion orders. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of return terms tailored for apparel products.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Request returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags (wash labels must be intact).
    • Manufacturer Direct and "FINAL SALE" items (e.g., end-of-season clearance, limited collabs) are non-returnable.

B. Return Process

  2. Instructions: Approved returns receive a shipping label. Unapproved returns will be rejected (sets with accessories must be returned intact).

C. Damaged/Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos if:
    • Quality issues: Missing buttons, broken zippers, fabric defects.
    • Incorrect item: Received wrong size (e.g., size S instead of M dress).
    • Shipping damage: Deformed packaging causing wrinkles/damage (include outer and inner photos).
  • We’ll arrange replacement, exchange, or refund (custom size items require body measurements).

D. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible for:
    • Damaged/wrong items, incorrect sizes (with body measurements for free tailoring).
    • Defective products (e.g., misshapen shirt collars).
  • Samples/accessories are non-exchangeable unless with the main product.

E. Fee Policy

  • No restocking fees, but personal-reason returns (e.g., wrong color) deduct shipping costs (bulk coats charged by actual weight).

F. Refund Processing

  • Notification within 3–5 business days of receiving returns.
  • Original payment method refunds take 1–7 days (credit card refunds may align with billing cycles).

G. Discount Policy

  • Unused discounts are non-refundable; "Buy 1 Get 1" sets refund at paid amount, no price adjustments (link to discount rules).
